TENANT APPROVAL CRITERIA: $50 application fee. 600+ credit score and verifiable income that is 3x 1/3 of the rent. If not qualified (common for students), tenants must have co-signers.
COSIGNER APPROVAL CRITERIA: $50 application fee. 600+ credit score and verifiable income that is 4x the tenant's portion of rent.

ESTIMATED PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
To Hold Unit While Applying: Pay a holding deposit of $550 (25% of Security Deposit).
After Approval and Lease is Signed: Pay prorated first month's rent + $100 administrative fee
Prior to Move In: Pay Remainder of Deposit (75% of Security Deposit)
