Here's what you need to know

Landlord Approval Required

Permission to have a pet at the property is at the sole discretion of the Landlord. Violations will result in a 10-day Notice to Comply, and/or a $500 non-refundable fee.

If permission is granted, it will be evidenced by a Pet Agreement.

Associated Costs

You will need to pay a one-time pet deposit, in addition to monthly pet rent each month. Pet rent is dependent on the residence.


Documentation

  • Proof of vaccination, per WA State rule
  • Photo and Breed of the pet
  • Description of the pet's mannerisms
  • Adult dogs & cats must be spayed or neutered

Emotional Support Animals (ESA)

ESAs will be permitted, given proper documentation. Before bringing an ESA to the property, we require a letter from your medical provider.
