ESTIMATED PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

To Hold Unit While Applying: Pay a holding deposit of $330 (25% of Security Deposit).

After Approval and Lease is Signed: Pay first month's rent $1,320 + $100 administrative fee

Prior to Move In: Pay Remainder of Deposit $990 (75% of Security Deposit) + non-refundable carpet cleaning deposit (if applicable)
